Diversified Properties began in 2019 with the first custom vacation rental we built in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota.  Since then, we have designed and built two additional vacation rentals. Each house has unique themes and details that set them apart.  We are a family business and each member contributes to our builds from custom metal work done by Max, beautiful design details by Jodi, or furniture built by Brad.  We have sought to equip our homes to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay.  Our philosophy is you want to have a wonderful vacation and we want that for you too.  We believe that when you are staying in one of our homes this is your home for however long you are staying!  We want to ensure all of our guests are relaxed, comfortable, and happy.
